CONSULTATION
We’ll begin your project with a personal in-home consultation. The objective of our initial consultation is to gain a precise understanding of everything you’re envisioning and considering. We’ll highlight options for your scope of work, initial layout and budgetary constraints. We’ll also happily answer any questions you may have about our company, our capabilities, and our plan for meeting your goals.
Depending on the complexity of your project this process can take any where from one to a few visits.

DESIGN
We will inspect your property to verify that any grading, structural, etc issues are taken into consideration during the planning of the design. This analysis will help our landscape design determine how best to utilize the space, and it will influence the selection and arrangement of plants, structures, construction materials, and overall functionality of the designated area.
The design process is a collaborative effort between the home owner and designer and will take into account all aspects of the project. Once the scope of work and overall layout is determined Kris, our designer and owner, will work closely with you to achieve the desired aesthetic. From modern, contemporary, traditional, tropical, classic or other; the options for finishes and materials is endless. We will work closely with you to achieve the perfect balance between function and aesthetic.
Some projects will require additional designs such as typical construction details, sealed structure engineered or architectural drawings, as well as 3D models or elevation drawings.
Depending on the complexity of the project this project can take several visits before we present the physical design. Alterations and adjustments are performed as needed; we aren't finished the design process until you are 100% satisfied.

PROPOSAL
Once we have completed all of your project’s design work and planning, we will provide you with a comprehensive written proposal detailing all of your project’s scope of work and specified materials. The proposal will be itemized as much as possible to help with budgeting and material sourcing. As you review your proposal, we’ll be pleased to answer any of your questions and make any adjustments needed to ensure your vision will be realized and all of your goals will be met. Site visits to existing or completed projects are welcomed.A detailed proposed timeline and schedule will also be included for more complex projects.

CONSTRUCTION
Once we've finalized the design and exact scope of work we will schedule a start day that works for both parties. We then commence work on your project, as we’ve laid out in our scheduling. While we’re installing your new landscape project, our friendly, installation professionals will show the utmost respect for your home, your property, and your neighbours. We always arrive to perform the day’s work as efficiently and quietly as possible and leave your property looking clean and organized for the next day’s work.
Our owner operator is always onsite to ensure timely and makes sure all your questions are answered.
